A Cat Craze -6 June 1903

A cat craze has taken possession of British society women. The particular variety of feline in favour just now is the Manx; he is of the tailless breed. There are to be Manx cat shows in England, with prizes for the handsomest marked cats, the shapeliest kittens, the finest coats, and the largest and smallest full-grown animals exhibited.

A Manx Cat Club has been formed, and invitations have been sent to cat fanciers in America and on the Continent, to join the club, and send over complete lists, of their pedigreed cats. The cat deemed most valuable in the Manx Club is a well-marked silver tabby.
